摘 要:消防应急灯具是消防应急照明和疏散指示系统的现场部件,是应用最为广泛的消防设施之一。近年来,因消防应急灯具引发的电击事故频发,如何在确保消防应急灯具消防功能的前提下,做好消防应急灯具的电击防护业已成为行业关注的重要问题。依据国家标准GB/T 16895.21-2020/IEC 60364-4-41:2017《低压电气装置第4-41部分:安全防护电击防护》的相关要求,对消防应急灯具电击防护措施的适用性作了简要的分析,并结合国家标准GB 17945《消防应急照明和疏散指示系统》的修订,对消防应急灯具的电击防护要求进行了简要的解析。Fire emergency luminaries are the field components of fire emergency lighting and evacuate indicating system,and they are one of the most widely used fire facilities.In recent years,electric shock accidents caused by fire emergency luminaries occurred repeatedly.How to effectively protect against the electric shock of fire emergency luminaries on the premise of ensuring the fire fighting function of fire emergency luminaries has become an important issue concerned by the industry.The author makes a brief analysis on the applicability of electric shock protection measures for fire emergency luminaries in accordance with the relevant requirements of Low-voltage Electrical Installations—Part4-41:Protection for Safety—Protection against Electric Shock(GB/T 16895.21-2020/IEC 60364-4-41:2017),and provides a brief analysis on the electric shock protection requirements for fire emergency luminaries in combination with the revision of Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuate Indicating System(GB17945).
