摘　　要：预制混凝土装配式建筑(PC建筑)在我国已是新型产业,但生产、配套、管理体系尚不完善,需制定完善的标准体系、先进科学的施工工艺标准、可控有效的质量和安全管控措施。针对预制混凝土装配式建筑在质量管控和安全性上存在的问题进行详细阐述,并对亟待采取的措施进行剖析。As a new industry in China,the production,supporting and management system of prefabricated concrete buildings(PC building)is far from perfect.Therefore,there should be a perfect standard system,advanced scientific construction technology,controllable and effective quality and safety control measures to promote industrial transformation.This paper elaborates the problems and deficiencies in quality control and safety of prefabricated concrete buildings,and analyzes the measures that need to be taken urgently.
