摘  要:作为先进节能装置,水环热泵已被广泛使用来实现建筑节能,但机组运行逆转会产生相反能效并导致研究方法出现局限性。为此,利用建筑与机组间的能量传递关系,能级理论被建立来完善水环热泵应用研究。新理论定义反向能作为量化指标来阐述节能机理并指出利用循环水能级变化可确定节能范围与运行规律。以天津办公建筑群为案例来检验节能改造效果并提出相对费用法评估空调方案的经济效益,结果表明:空气源热泵代替中央空调可产生6.02%~13.83%的经济效益;优化的容量方案可改善水环热泵运行的经济性,其经济节省率会随使用年限增加不断上升并处于1.47%~2.02%的动态范围。As an energy-saving device,the water loop heat pump(WLHP)has been widely used to realize building energy efficiency,but the reverse energy effect also led to some limitations on conventional approach when a unit was operated from heating to cooling.So,a novel theory was used to improve the research of WLHP system by an energy relationship between building and units and it was named as"Theory of Energy Level".In this theory,a concept of"Reverse Energy"is defined as the quantitative index to illustrate the mechanism of energy efficiency,meanwhile,it also points out that the energy-saving range and law of system operation can be determined by calculating the energy change of circulating water.An office building group was tested to validate the energy efficiency of retrofit and evaluate the economic benefit of different air-conditioning projects by using relative cost method and the results show that the economic benefit can reach to 6.02%-13.83%when the central air-conditioning(CAC)is replaced by air source heat pump(ASHP).In addition,the optimized capacity project also obtains the highest economic value and its saving rates are 1.47-2.02%,compared to others,but note that they will be continuously increased with service life.
