摘  要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司炼焦部7 m焦炉边火道温度偏低的状况,分析了存在问题,并提出采取炉门耐材改质、应用斜道正面窜漏修补新技术、增加焦炉辅助加热系统和改进加热煤气管道末端压力保护方式等热工管理优化措施。实践后,边火道机侧和焦侧平均温度分别提高了101℃和87℃,达到了热工管理要求;高炉煤气和焦炉煤气总消耗量分别减少了3 000 m^(3)/h和8 500 m^(3)/h。In allusion to the situation that the temperature of the side flue to the 7m coke oven of Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was slightly low,the causes leading to slightly low temperature were analyzed.Thermal regulatory measures for optimization such as modifying the refractory materials made of the oven door,applying the new technology for patching up the blowby occurred in the right side of its chute,adding the auxiliary heating system for the coke oven and improving the protection mode for terminal pressure from the gas pipeline in heating were proposed.After these measures were taken in practice,the average temperatures on the side of the side flue and on the side of the coke pusher were increased by 101℃ and 87℃ respectively,which met the requirements asked by thermal control standards.So the total quantity of consumption of blast furnace gas and coke oven gas decreased by 3000 m^(3)/h and 8500 m^(3)/h respectively.
