摘　　要：针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂3~#生产线采取铝矾土代替萤石作为助熔剂后,LF处理周期长的问题,研究并应用了LF无氟化快速脱硫工艺。应用结果表明,低硅铝镇静钢LF炉平均处理周期由38.92 min缩短到30.87 min,满足了连铸生产的需要,LF电耗降低了2.36元/t钢。With regard to the problem that the treatment cycle of molten steel by LF was long after bauxite was used as flux for replacing fluorite in treatment of molten steel by No.3 production line in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the rapid desulfurization process for molten steel by LF with no fluoride was studied and applied.The application results showed that the average treatment cycle for low silicon Al-killed steel by LF was shortened to 30.87 minutes from 38.92 minutes,which satisfied the requirements asked by continuous casting process and power consumption by LF process was reduced by 2.36 yuan RMB per ton steel.
