摘　　要：研究了Φ5.5 mm ER70S-G焊丝钢盘条生产过程中存在的典型技术质量问题,通过优化控轧控冷工艺,解决了ER70S-G焊丝钢成品丝镀铜不均匀、成品丝焊接过程送丝稳定性差、盘条表面红锈等问题,优化后的产品满足用户生产要求。The typical technical quality problems existing in the process of producingΦ5.5 mm wire rods made by ER70 S-G welding wire steel were studied.By optimizing the thermo-mechanical control process,the problems such as uneven copper plating on finished wires of ER70 S-G welding wire steel,poor wire feeding stability in the welding process of finished wires and red rust on the surface of wire rods were solved.The optimized products met the requirements asked by users in production.
