摘 要:鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂为了实现节能降耗的目的,对新增的RH采用了水环泵+蒸汽喷射真空泵系统。介绍了该系统的技术参数和结构,对比了水环泵+蒸汽喷射真空泵模式和全蒸汽喷射泵模式的工艺流程、抽气能力和蒸汽耗量等。结果表明,水环泵+蒸汽喷射真空泵系统具有蒸汽耗量低、抽气能力强、抽真空时间短的优点,能满足RH真空处理的要求。In order to save energy and reduce consumption,the new vacuum sy stem was equipped with the water circulation pump plus steam-jet vacuum pump system in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..The technological parameters of the system and its structure were introduced.Also the technological process,pumpdown capacity and steam consumption in terms of the water circulation pump plus steam-jet vacuum pump mode and the all-steam jet pump mode were compared.The comparison results demonstrated that the water circulation pump plus steam-jet vacuum pump system has advantages of low steam consumption,strong pumpdown capacity and short time in vacuuming,which could meet the requirements asked by RH vacuum treatment.
