摘　　要：线性文化遗产作为历史文化类国土资源的重要组成部分,其空间范围大、时间跨度长的特征,使沿线城镇风貌的保护与发展面临诸多问题。选取黑龙江省内的中东铁路城镇作为研究对象,在梳理风貌研究国际发展趋势的基础上,结合国土空间规划在对象识别、方法管控、规划管理、数字化建设4方面对风貌保护与发展的新要求,针对中东铁路城镇风貌分别由于自然与人为因素、与城镇发展错位、治理能力不足导致的风貌本体损害、环境品质不佳、管理效率较低的问题,从价值、方法、技术、管理4方面给出促进风貌保护与发展的可行性路径。Linear cultural heritage is an important part of historical and cultural land resources.Its characteristics of large space range and long time span make the protection and development of towns landscape along the heritage line face many problems.In this paper,the towns along the Chinese Eastern Railway located in Heilongjiang Province is selected as the research object On the basis of combing the international development trends of landscape research,the study combines the new requirements of territorial spatial planning for landscape protection and development in the four aspects of object identification,method control,planning management and digital construction.In view of the problems like damage to the features,poor environmental quality and low management efficiency caused by natural and human factors,mismatch with urban development and inadequate governance ability,the feasible path to promote the protection and development of the towns landscape is given from four aspects:value,method,technology and management.
