摘 要:传统重量法测定焚烧残渣热灼减率具备以下缺点:设备分立;需要人工操作完成放样、称量、烘干、灼烧、冷却、记录和计算;工作循环复杂量大;人工多次接触高温环境下样品燃烧产生的有毒有害气体;测试结果易受人为干扰可能存在人为作假风险等问题,基于以上缺点,提出应用自动工业分析技术测定焚烧残渣热灼减率的仪器法并研制一体化设备,通过控制器控制仪器坩埚样盘升降旋转机构、称量机构、加热机构、通气控温机构及通信计算系统自动完成盛样坩埚放置、烘干、灼烧、称量、数据传输存储及结果计算。经测试比对,仪器法省去烘干与灼烧恒重确认过程中反复冷却环节,省去烘干、灼烧、恒重确认及称量过程中盛样坩埚人工取放,省去测定数据人工记录与测定结果人工计算,避免人为操作不当导致的测定结果偏差与人为干扰导致人为作假风险,降低人员吸入高温环境下样品燃烧产生的有毒有害气体对身体的伤害,测量精密度0.08%较重量法测量精密度0.16%提高50%,安全高效准确地实现焚烧残渣热灼减率的自动测定。The traditional gravimetric method for determining the thermal reduction rate of incineration residue has the following disadvantages:separate equipment;manual operations are required to complete the settingout,weighing,drying,burning,cooling,recording and calculation;the working cycle is complicated and the amount is large;manual exposure to high temperature environments multiple times poisonous and harmful gases generated by the burning of the sample;the test results are susceptible to human interference and there may be problems such as the risk of human fraud.Based on the above shortcomings,an instrument method using automatic industrial analysis technology to determine the heat loss rate of incineration residue is developed.The controller controls the instrument crucible sample plate lifting and rotating mechanism,weighing mechanism,heating mechanism,ventilation temperature control mechanism and communication computing system.The equipment can automatically complete sample crucible placement,drying,burning,weighing,data transmission and storage,and calculation of results.After the test,the instrument method to eliminate the drying and calcination constant weight confirm repeatedly during cooling process,eliminating the drying,calcination,constant weight confirmation and in the process of weighing artificial take put sample crucible,eliminating the manual record and the determination results of artificial calculation,measurement data to avoid the artificial determination results deviation caused by improper operation,and human disturbance anthropogenic fraud risk,The measurement precision of 0.08%is 50%higher than that of the gravimetric method of 0.16%,and the automatic determination of the heat reduction rate of the incineration residue is safely,efficiently and accurately realized.
