多组分阻燃色纺纱的生产工艺研究与实践

摘　　要：文章介绍并探讨了阻燃腈纶和阻燃粘胶纤维的散纤维染色工艺以及多组分阻燃色纺纱的纺纱工艺参数配置。通过染色工艺参数的调试,避免了纤维损伤,并保证阻燃散纤维的色光为4~5级、色牢度在3~4级以上;通过纺纱工艺流程设计,在纺纱前进行纤维养生,各工序相对湿度控制在60%~75%,最终生产出Ne 40的阻燃色纺纱,两种颜色的纱线成纱质量优良,在实际应用中满足生产需求。The paper introduces and discusses the bulk fiber dyeing process of flame-retardant acrylic fiber and flame-retardant viscose,and the spinning process parameter of multi-component flame-retardant colored spun yarn.By adjusting the dyeing process parameters,the fiber damage can be avoided,and the shade of flame-retardant bulk fiber can be guaranteed to be 4-5 grade,and the color fastness can be above 3-4 grade.Curing the fiber before spinning by controlling the relative humidity of each process at 60%-75%.In the end,Ne 40 flame-retardant colored spun yarn was produced.The yarns with two kinds of colors were of excellent quality,which could meet the production requirements in practical applications.
