摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的提高,2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的发病率越来越高。路波主任医师认为胃热脾困、痰浊瘀结为该病的基本病机,在传承米氏流派从“阳明”立论治疗消渴病的思想基础上,其创新性地提出应用辛开苦降酸化法治疗T2DM合并NAFLD的诊疗思路。本文将系统性地介绍路波主任医师治疗T2DM合并NAFLD的理论基础和临床价值,并附验案1则以佐证。With the improvement of people's living standard,the incidence rate of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is increasing.Chief physician Lu Bo believes that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is stomach heat,spleen difficulty,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis.On the basis of inheriting the thinking of the Mi's school from"Yangming"to treat diabetic disease,he innovatively proposed the application of Xinkai Kujiang acidification method of diagnosis and treatment of T2DM complicated with NAFLD.This article will systematically introduce the theoretical basis and clinical value of chief physician Lu Bo's treatment for T2DM complicated with NAFLD,and a case study is attached to prove it.
