三维正脊疗法在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析三维正脊疗法在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2020年8月本院接诊的69例腰椎间盘突出症患者的病历资料,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组(34例)和观察组(35例)。对照组采用常规牵引,观察组采用三维正脊疗法。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的82.35%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CODI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牵引即刻,两组的VAS评分均升高,但观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。牵引后,两组的腰椎侧凸Cobb角均减小,腰椎前凸角均增大,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用三维正脊疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者,能够有效提高治疗效果,矫正腰椎侧凸Cobb角及腰椎前凸角,减轻疼痛程度。Objective To analyze the application effect of three dimensional rectification apparatus in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods The medical records of 69 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from October 2019 to August 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment plan,the patients were divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(35 cases).The control group was treated with conventional traction,and the observation group was treated with three dimensional rectification apparatus.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 82.35%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CODI score of the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Immediately after traction,the VAS score of the two groups increased,but that in the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After traction,the Cobb angle of lumbar scoliosis decreased and the lumbar lordosis angle increased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three dimensional rectification apparatus applied in patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the treatment effect,correct the Cobb angle of lumbar scoliosis and the lumbar lordosis angle,and reduce the degree of pain.
