川芎茶调散加减联合西药治疗血管紧张性头痛的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察川芎茶调散加减联合西药治疗血管紧张性头痛的临床效果。方法选取40例确诊为血管紧张性头痛的住院患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,各20例。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合川芎茶调散加减治疗。比较两组的头痛、经颅多普勒超声检查的症状、化验结果改善效果及中医临床症状疗效,并评价治疗组的用药安全性。结果治疗组的头痛改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组经颅多普勒超声检查的症状及血小板、IgG、IgA水平改善总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的中医临床症状总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组在用药期间未出现明显不适。结论川芎茶调散加减联合西药治疗血管紧张性头痛患者的效果满意,治疗期间未出现药物不良反应,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Chuanxiong Chatiao powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of angiotensin headache.Methods A total of 40 hospitalized patients with angiotensin headache were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule,and the treatment group was treated with modified Chuanxiong Chatiao powder on the basis of the control group.The improvement effect of headache,transcranial Doppler ultrasonography symptoms,laboratory results and the curative effect of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were compared between the two groups.The drug safety of the treatment group was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of headache improvement in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography symptoms,platelet and IgG,IgA levels improvement in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious discomfort during medication in the treatment group.Conclusion Modified Chuanxiong Chatiao powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of angiotensin headache has a satisfactory effect,and without adverse drug reaction during the treatment,which is worth popularizing and applying.
