心理弹性发展模型护理干预对腹腔镜卵巢癌切除术患者自我管理能力、心理韧性、疾病不确定感及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理弹性发展模型护理干预在腹腔镜卵巢癌切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年6月收治的92例腹腔镜卵巢癌切除术患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组行常规健康指导,观察组在对照组基础上行心理弹性发展模型护理干预。比较两组干预前、后的自我管理能力、心理韧性、疾病不确定感及应对方式。结果干预后,观察组的日常生活管理、自我效能感、症状管理、心理管理、信息管理、与医护人员沟通评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的坚韧、自强、乐观评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的不明确性、信息缺乏性、复杂性、不可预测性评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的面对评分显著高于对照组,回避、屈服评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理弹性发展模型护理干预可有效提高腹腔镜卵巢癌切除术患者的自我管理能力、心理韧性,减轻疾病不确定感。Objective To explore the application effect of psychoelastic development model nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cancer resection.Methods Ninety-two patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cancer resection admitted from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine health guidance,and the observation group received psychoelastic development model nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-management ability,psychological resilience,disease uncertainty and coping style of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the daily life management,self-efficacy,symptom management,psychological management,information management,communication with medical staff scores and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the tenacity,self-improvement,optimism scores and total score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the uncertainty,lack of information,complexity,unpredictability scores and total score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the face score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychoelastic development model nursing intervention can effectively improve the self-management ability and psychological resilience of patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cancer resection,and reduce the disease uncertainty.
