关于大流量气垫带式输送机技术问题的探讨

摘　　要：目前,我国很多港口均配备了输送量设计为2000 t·h-1的大流量气垫带式输送机,但使用时却很难达到设计流量,浪费了资源。本文结合具体情况对此进行了探讨和分析,找出了影响效率的几种技术问题并提出了解决方案。At present,many ports in China have launched air cushion belt conveyor with large flow,and the output is designed to be 2000 t·h-1.However,it is difficult to reach the design flow in the process of use,which wastes resources.There are many reasons.This paper discusses and analyzes the specific situation,finds out several technical problems affecting efficiency,and puts forward solutions.
