地屈孕酮在子宫内膜单纯性增生中的临床治疗效果评估

摘　　要：目的探究地屈孕酮在子宫内膜单纯性增生中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月于本院就诊的80例子宫内膜单纯性增生患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。两组均行常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用甲羟孕酮治疗,观察组采用地屈孕酮治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、性激素水平[雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡激素(FSH)及促黄体生成素(LH)]、血清学指标[基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及糖类抗原125(CA125)]及月经变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组子宫内膜厚度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组VEGF、MMP-3、CA125水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组E_(2)、FSH、LH水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组月经量评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮治疗子宫内膜单纯性增生患者效果显著,可有效控制子宫内膜厚度,改善VEGF、MMP-3、CA125指标,降低性激素水平,促使月经恢复正常,值得临床推广运用。Objective To explore the effect of didroxyprogesterone in simple endometrial hyperplasia.Methods 80 patients with simple endometrial hyperplasia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone and the observation group was treated with didroxyprogesterone.The curative effect,endometrial thickness,sex hormone levels[estradiol(E_(2)),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)],serological indexes[matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)]and menstrual changes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the levels of VEGF,MMP-3 and CA125 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the levels of E_(2),FSH and LH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the menstrual volume scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of didroxyprogesterone in the treatment of patients with simple endometrial hyperplasia is significant.It can effectively control the thickness of endometrium,improve the indexes of VEGF,MMP-3 and CA125,reduce the level of sex hormone,and promote the recovery of menstruation.It is worthy of c
