摘　　要：目的探究标准治疗联合沙库巴曲/缬沙坦治疗射血分数降低的心力衰竭的效果。方法选取2018年11月至2019年12月本院收治的射血分数降低心力衰竭患者58例,根据治疗方式的不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组29例。对照组采用标准治疗,治疗组采用标准治疗联合沙库巴曲/缬沙坦治疗。比较两组心功能指标变化情况、治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组HR、LVEDD均低于对照组,LVEF、治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论标准治疗联合沙库巴曲/缬沙坦可有效改善射血分数降低心力衰竭患者的心功能,治疗效果显著,不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the effect of standard treatment combined with shakubatul/valsartan in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.Methods 58 patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard treatment,and the treatment group was treated with standard treatment combined with shakobactrel/valsartan.The changes of cardiac function indexes,therapeutic effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,HR and LVEDD in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,LVEF and total effective rate were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Conclusion Standard treatment combined with shakubatul/valsartan can effectively improve ejection fraction and reduce cardiac function in patients with heart failure,with significant therapeutic effect,low incidence of adverse reactions,high safety,and worthy of clinical application.
