针灸联合川芎茶调散加减对偏头痛患者脑动脉血流速度及头痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸联合川芎茶调散加减对偏头痛患者脑动脉血流速度及头痛程度的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月于本院接受治疗的偏头痛患者88例,采用盲抽法分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合川芎茶调散加减治疗。比较两组临床疗效、脑动脉血流速度、头痛程度及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗30 d后,两组ACA、MCA和PCA血流速度均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合川芎茶调散加减治疗偏头痛效果显著,可有效降低脑动脉血流速度、头痛程度及并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture combined with Chuanxiong tea powder plus or minus on cerebral arterial blood flow velocity and headache degree in patients with migraine.Methods 88 patients with migraine who received treatment in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by blind sampling method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given acupuncture treatment,and the observation group was combined with Chuanxiong tea powder plus or minus treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cerebral artery flow velocity,headache degree and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the blood flow velocity of ACA,MCA and PCA in two groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chuanxiong tea powder can effectively reduce cerebral artery blood flow velocity,headache degree and complication rate in the treatment of migraine,which is worthy of clinical application.
