摘　　要：该研究通过对现行的股骨髓内钉远端定位架进行优化设计,在原定位杆瞄准平台基础上增设2个定位杆瞄准孔,以增加定位杆与髓内钉远端平台的抵接面积,从而提高股骨髓内钉远端锁钉的置入成功率。经分析,该新型股骨髓内钉远端定位架可快速、精准地对股骨髓内钉远端锁钉进行置入,为临床骨科医师提供了一种快速、微创、精准的远端锁定方法。Through the optimization design of the existing distal positioning frame of femoral intramedullary nail,two aiming holes were added on the original positioning rod aiming platform in this study,so as to increase the contact area between the positioning rod and the distal platform of femoral intramedullary nail,therefore,the success rate of placement of distal locking of femoral intramedullary nail was increased.It showed that this new type distal positioning frame for femoral intramedullary nail can be used for rapid and accurate placement of the distal locking for femoral intramedullary nail,thus providing a rapid,minimally invasive and accurate method for distal locking.
