超声清洗机预清洗对手术剪清洗效果及锐利度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨超声清洗机清洗对手术剪清洗效果及锐利度的影响。方法选择2020年1—10月广东省中山市博爱医院消毒供应中心待处理的300件污染手术剪,遵循随机原则分为观察组与对照组,各150件。对照组采用手工预清洗,观察组采用变频超声清洗机预清洗,比较两组的清洗效果及锐利度。结果观察组咬合面、关节承、表面的目测清洗合格率、潜血试验合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组完整性合格率、锐利度合格率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组清洗质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用超声清洗机预清洗可提高手术剪的清洗效果,但会给手术剪的锐利度及完整性造成损坏,在超声清洗机预清洗过程中宜与其他器械分开,且需注意保护刃口和尖端。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasonic cleaning machine on the cleaning effect and sharpness of surgical scissors.Methods 300 contaminated surgical scissors from January 2020 to October 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=150)and control group(n=150).The control group was pre cleaned by hand,and the observation group was pre cleaned by frequency conversion ultrasonic cleaning machine.The cleaning effect and sharpness of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of visual cleaning and occult blood test of the occlusal surface,joint bearing and surface of the surgical scissors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the qualified rate of integrity and sharpness of the surgical scissors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the cleaning quality scores of the surgical scissors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The pre cleaning of the ultrasonic cleaning machine can improve the cleaning effect of the surgical scissors,but it will damage the sharpness and integrity of the surgical scissors and cause damage.In the pre cleaning process of the ultrasonic cleaning machine,it should be separated from other instruments,and attention should be paid to protecting the cutting edge and tip.
