摘 要:通过对建筑二次供水系统中军团菌的污染影响因素,包括水温、水龄、生物被膜、消毒剂余量、外部侵入等方面的分析,结合建筑二次供水系统各个环节,系统梳理潜在的军团菌污染风险,参考国内外相关标准及研究成果,结合工程实践,提出建筑二次供水系统设计时控制水温与水龄的设计方法、抑制生物被膜生长的物理化学及生物环境的设备材料选择要点、紫外线消毒器及POU水过滤器等消毒及净化设备的应用方法、计算机模拟预测污染水平及清洗、信息化水质监控要求等,从系统设计、设备材料选择、运行维护等各环节采取技术措施,有效降低建筑二次供水系统军团菌污染的风险。Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of Legionella contamination in the secondary water supply system of buildings,including water temperature,water duration,biofilm,residual amount of disinfectants and external intrusion,and combined with each link of the secondary water supply system of buildings,combing the potential contamination risk of Legionella systematically,referring to the relevant standards and research results at home and abroad,and combining the engineering practice,this paper proposes the design method of controlling water temperature and water duration in the design of building secondary water supply system,the key points of selecting equipment and materials for inhibiting the growth of biofilm and biological environment,the application method of disinfection and purification equipment such as ultraviolet sterilizer and POU water filter,the requirement of computer simulation for predicting pollution level and cleaning,information water quality monitoring and etc.,in order to reduce the risk of Legionella contamination in secondary water supply system by the technical measures from system design,equipment material selection,operation and maintenance.
