摘  要:西北某在建工程主体结构已封顶,为大底盘地下室多塔结构,地下室战时为人防地下室,平时为地下车库,建造中发现AD~BB×1~21轴线范围内梁柱节点出现较大面积裂缝,防水板与柱根出现混凝土环向剥离损伤,特别是框柱之间的填充墙出现大面积斜向裂缝,且部分已坍塌。通过对其AD~BB×1~21轴线范围内梁、板、柱等结构构件损伤情况和施工过程、施工方式方法的详细调查,及对其截面尺寸、强度、配筋、耐久性、变形、裂缝等方面的检测与鉴定,结合地下车库整体抗浮与局部抗浮2个方面的计算复核分析,得出该地下室损伤事故的确切原因,并提出相应的处理意见建议,供类似工程检测鉴定及处理提供参考案例。In a project under construction in northwest area,the main structure has been capped.It is a large chassis basement with multi-tower structure.In wartime,the basement is a civil air defense basement and in peacetime,it is an underground garage.As a result of inspection,large-area cracks were found in the beam-column joints within the range of AD~BB×1~21 axis of the basement,and concrete to‐roidal peeling damage was found in the waterproof plate and column root,especially in the filling wall between the frame and column,which had a large area of oblique cracks and partially collapsed.The article through to the basement AD~BB×1~21 axis within the scope of beam,plate,column structures,such as damage,construction methods and construction process of detailed survey and the section size,strength,reinforcement,durability,deformation,fracture detection and identification,combined with the underground garage two ways of cal‐culating the whole anti-uplift and partial anti-uplift review analysis,the exact cause of the damage accident of the basement is obtained,and corresponding treatment suggestions are put forward to provide reference cases for similar engineering inspection,identification and treatment.
