摘 要:目前金刚砂地坪一体成型技术应用成熟,常应用于工业厂房地面,依托某厂房的金刚砂地坪施工,对施工工序与步骤进行了阐述,施工中发现质量缺陷主要为地面裂缝及平整度欠缺2类。针对2种质量缺陷结合施工情况进行原因分析,总结影响金刚砂地坪平整度在各个工序的控制要点以及裂缝的成因,基于上述分析得出以下主要结论:混凝土质量、金刚砂布料及浇筑面层标高控制、抹面为金刚砂地坪控制平整度的关键因素;缓解重点部位应力集中,考虑上覆混凝土厚度,保证养护质量可有效减少地面裂缝的形成;减少施工过程中的干扰及注重半成品、成品保护对金刚砂地坪施工改善质量缺陷有积极意义。Due to mature technology of emery floor integrated by one formed,which is frequently used in industrial plants,thesis base on a construction item,the construction procedure and steps have been described,two kinds of quality defects have been found in construc‐tion are ground cracks and lack of flatness.For the above quality defects combined with the construction for analysis,causes of cracking and controlling essentials of emery floor flatness in each process are summarized.Based on the above analysis,concrete quality and emery distribution,height of casting and plastering are the critical factor of emery floor flatness.Alleviate stress concentration in key positions,con‐sidering thickness of overlying concrete and ensureing curing quality can effectively reduce formation of cracks on the ground.Reduce inter‐ference in the construction process and regard protection of semi-finished and finished products have been positive to improve quality defects of emery floor construction.
