钢渣粒度分布对水泥性能的影响

摘  要:通过控制机械粉磨的时间来得到不同粒度的钢渣粉,通过将钢渣粉掺入水泥中研究钢渣粒度分布对水泥性能的影响。结果表明,随着钢渣粉粒度减小会使得所需标准稠度需水量增加,凝结时间缩短,并且显著提高钢渣的胶凝性能,钢渣粉粉磨至D50=13.06μm,比表面积为380 m2/kg,7 d抗压活性指数可以到72%,28 d抗压活性指数83%,其活性指数为可以满足一级钢渣粉的要求。Steel slag powder with different particle size will be obtained by controlling the time of mechanical grinding,and the influence of steel slag particle size distribution on cement performance will be studied by adding steel slag powder into cement.The results show that with the decrease of steel slag particle size,the water requirement of standard consistency increases,the setting time is shorten,and the cementitious prop‐erty of steel slag is significantly improved.The D50 of steel slag powder is 13.06μm.When the specific surface area is 380 m2/kg,the compres‐sive activity index can reach 72%in 7 days and 83%in 28 days.The activity index can meet the requirements of grade I steel slag powder.
