摘  要:为了研究大型核电汽轮发电机运行时由阻尼绕组电磁力引起的阻尼绕组振动损坏现象,本文建立了核电汽轮发电机二维电磁场-路耦合数学模型,并结合洛伦兹力原理对一台1407MW核电汽轮发电机额定负载运行与定子短路故障运行时阻尼绕组所受的电磁力进行深入的研究。考虑齿槽效应、磁极形状及定子电枢电流等相关因素对阻尼绕组电磁力的影响,准确计算了额定负载运行、单相短路故障、两相短路故障以及三相短路故障运行工况下阻尼绕组的电磁力,并分析了额定负载和不同故障工况下电磁力的分布规律及对阻尼绕组的损害程度。研究结果表明:定子单相短路故障下阻尼绕组的损害最大,三相短路故障下阻尼绕组的损害最小。Aimed at studying on the phenomenon of damp windings of large nuclear power turbogenerator vibration and broken caused by the electromagnetic force,a 2 D electromagnetic field-circuit coupled mathematical model of nuclear power turbo-generator is established.The electromagnetic force of damp windings under rated load operation and stator short circuit fault operation of a 1407 MW nuclear power turbo-generator is further studied combined with Lorentz principle.The influence of such related factors as the slot effect,magnetic poles and stator armature current on the electromagnetic force of damp windings are considered.The electromagnetic force of damp winding under rated loads,single phase short circuit fault,two phase short circuit fault and three phase short circuit fault operation is accurately calculated.Then the distribution rule and broken degree of electromagnetic force of damp windings under rated loads and three kinds of short circuit fault operation is analyzed.The research indicate that the maximum damaging of damp windings is under the single phase short circuit fault condition and the minimum damaging is under the three phase short circuit.
