摘  要:对于内置换热器的屏蔽电机而言,增强水冷夹套内部螺旋槽道的换热对于电机的安全运行具有非常重要的意义。本文针对某屏蔽电动机机壳及其内置换热器建立了三维物理模型,基于有限体积法采用RNG k-ε两方程模型,在机壳内侧恒热流密度条件下,进行了一次水管截面形状为圆形、矩形(高宽比分别为1∶1.35、1.35∶1、1∶1)时,一、二次水分别在双螺旋管槽道内的三维湍流流动及传热耦合数值模拟,得到速度与温度分布特征。结果表明:四种截面形状的螺旋管槽道一次水路、二次水路中均出现二次流,强化了传热;随螺旋管长度增加,一次水采用圆形截面时,机壳温度最低,长宽比较大的1.35∶1矩形截面冷却效果次之。本文模拟结果可为同类型电机及车用电机设计提供理论参考。For the internal heat exchanger of canned motor,enhancing the heat exchange of the water in the spiral tube cooling jacket has very important meaning for the safe operation of the motor.In this paper,a three-dimensional physical model was established for a canned motor housing and its built-in heat exchanger.RNG k-εtwo-equation model was adopted based on the finite volume method.Under the condition of constant heat flux inside the housing,numerical simulation of three-dimensional turbulent flow and heat transfer coupling of primary and secondary water in the double helix channel was carried out when the cross-section of primary water pipe was round and rectangular(the aspect ratio was 1∶1.35,1.35∶1 and 1∶1,respectively).The velocity and temperature distribution characteristics were obtained.The results show that secondary flows occur in both primary and secondary waterways of the spiral tube with four cross section shapes,which enhance the heat transfer.With the increase of the length of the spiral pipe/duct,when the circular section was used for primary water,the housing temperature was the lowest,followed by the cooling effect of the 1.35∶1 rectangular section with larger length and width.The simulation results in this paper can provide theoretical reference for the design of motor of the same type and motor for vehicle with built-in heat exchanger.
