摘  要:本文基于大型高电压空冷发电机组定子绕组端部固定和绑扎工艺要求,在总结传统绑扎材料特点的基础上,开发了新型端部绑扎材料。该绑扎材料在浸胶速度、绑扎强度和降低电晕影响方面均较现有绑扎材料有明显提升。同时本文还开展了材料性能研究、模拟线棒绑扎工艺性能研究、模拟绕组端部固定工艺性能研究及实际(真机)应用,结果表明该绑扎材料性能良好,能满足大型空冷发电机组对定子绕组端部绑扎材料的要求。Based on analyzing the requirements of end fixing and bundling characteristics of large HV air-cooled generator stator coil and the features of traditional bundling materials,a new type of coil bundling material was developed.The bundling material has significant advantage over traditional bundling materials in tensile strength,varnish penetration speed and anti-corona effect reduction.Study on property of the material characteristics,fixing and bundling characteristics on model bars,model end winding and application on practical generator are carried out in this paper.The results demonstrate that the property of bundling material and application characteristic is excellent and meet the bundling material requirement of stator end winding for large air-cooled generator.
