摘 要:本文通过核磁共振和红外光谱从分子结构层面对Better 117C树脂与WACKER H62C树脂进行了分析,测试结果表明,Better 117C和WACKER H62C在分子结构和组成上几乎无差异;综合性能测试表明,Better 117C的综合性能与WACKER H62C相当,Better 117C的贮存稳定性好于WACKER H62C。耐热性评定结果表明,Better 117C树脂的温度指数不低于WACKER H62C树脂的温度指数,Better 117C树脂满足220级电机绝缘技术要求,可替代WACKER H62C树脂。The paper introduces the analysis for Better 117 C resin and WACKER H62 C resin by nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy in team of molecular structure,the study demonstrates that the resin Better 117 C and WACKER H62 C almost has no difference in the structure of their composition.The test of combination property demonstrates that Better 117 C is the same as WACKER H62 C,the storage stability of the Better 117 C is better than WACKER H62 C.The result from the thermal evaluation demonstrates that the temperature index of the Better 117 C resin is not less than WACKER H62 C resin.It’s fully meet the requirements of the VPI immersion for motor insulation of class 220 and can be used in place of the WACKER H62 C.
