摘　　要：热带作物产业是我国特色农业的重要组成部分,近年来产业发展取得了很大成就,其中热作种业的贡献功不可没。本文总结了我国种质资源保护利用、良种培育和繁育、交流合作和管理工作取得的进展情况,系统梳理了热作种业发展基础相对薄弱、原始创新能力不足、品种保护难度大、体制机制不健全、种业龙头企业发展不足等突出问题,并从增投入、夯基础、促创新、强龙头、优服务等几个方面提出了政策建议。The tropical crop industry is an important component of characteristic agriculture in China.In recent years,great achievements have been made in the development of the tropical crop industry,and the development of the tropical crop seed industry has played a crucial role in it.This paper summarized the progress made in the protection and utilization of germplasm resources,breeding of improved varieties,industrial exchanges,cooperation,and management in China.It systematically sorted out some prominent problems,such as insufficient original innovation ability,difficulty in variety protection,imperfect system and mechanism,and insufficient development of leading enterprises in seed industry,and then put forward some policy suggestions from the aspects of increasing investment,strengthening foundation,promoting innovation,strengthening leading enterprises and optimizing service,etc.
