摘　　要：介绍了硫磺制酸装置配套HRS且单产发烟硫酸的酸浓度控制生产实践,酸浓度控制主要分为干燥酸浓度控制和发烟硫酸浓度控制两部分。重点介绍了夏季干燥塔循环酸浓度的2种控制方法和当HRS系统切出检修时发烟硫酸浓度的控制方法。在日常生产过程中要平稳控制发烟硫酸吸收塔和HRS热回收塔进气阀开度值,保持烟气量在两塔之间的调配平衡,严格控制发烟硫酸的温度,保证系统安全稳定运行。The acid concentration control production practice of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant supporting HRS and producing single fuming sulphuric acid is introduced.The acid concentration control is mainly divided into two parts:dry acid concentration control and fuming sulphuric acid concentration control.Two control methods of circulating acid concentration of drying tower in summer and the control method of fuming sulphuric acid concentration when HRS system is cut out for maintenance are mainly introduced.In the daily production process,the opening value of inlet valve of fuming sulphuric acid absorber and HRS heat recovery tower shall be stably controlled,the allocation balance of flue gas volume between the two towers shall be maintained,and the temperature of fuming sulphuric acid shall be strictly controlled to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system.
