摘　　要：广东广业云硫矿业有限公司通过对120 kt/a硫酸装置电除尘器出口的炉气热能回收进行理论计算,在电除尘器出口采用串联的方式安装2台省煤器,可提高余热锅炉产汽量约0.96 t/h,回收电除尘器出口炉气的热量所产生的直接经济效益达57.71万元/a。在电除尘器出口安装省煤器,不仅有效利用了硫酸装置的中温位余热,而且能减少高温炉气对后续工序的不利影响,净化系统除热负荷减少,工艺指标控制稳定。Based on the theoretical calculation of the heat recovery of furnace gas at the outlet of electrostatic precipitator in 120 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Guangdong Guangye Yunliu Mining Co.,Ltd.,two economizers are installed in series at the outlet of electrostatic precipitator,which can increase the steam production of waste heat boiler by about 0.96 t/h,and the direct economic benefit of recovering the heat of furnace gas at the outlet of electrostatic precipitator is 577,100 yuan/a.The installation of economizer at the outlet of electrostatic precipitator can not only effectively utilize the medium temperature waste heat of sulphuric acid unit,but also reduce the adverse impact of high-temperature furnace gas on subsequent processes,reduce the heat removal load of purification system and stabilize the control of process indicators.
