摘  要:介绍了硫磺制酸装置锅炉用脱盐水站工艺流程,阐述了脱盐水系统运行状况及性能提升采取的整改措施,改造后装置制水能力由75 t/h提升到235 t/h,脱盐水电导率由2μS/cm降到0.2μS/cm。通过不断改进和优化,装置锅炉系统自动化水平提升,运行稳定。The process flow of desalted water station for boiler of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant is introduced.The operation status and performance improvement of desalted water system are described.After the transformation,the water production capacity of the unit is increased from 75 t/h to 235 t/h,and the conductivity of desalted water is decreased from 2μS/cm to 0.2μS/cm.Through continuous improvement and optimization,the automation level of the unit boiler system is improved and the operation is stable.
