摘  要:如果开发出可编程台式仪器通用接口模块,那么只要更换仪器功能模块便可迅速实现各类可编程台式仪器。目前LXI和GPIB是这类仪器常用接口,且两种接口各有优势,鉴于此,本文应用嵌入式系统开发了具有LXI和GPIB的可编程台式仪器通用接口模块。介绍了其总体设计方案;移植了boa服务器,实现了LXI总线的Web接口;给出了Linux下GPIB驱动开发方法,其中在中断服务中提出了顶半部底半部设计思想,引入了非原子队列实现底半部,提高了驱动运行效率。结合仪器功能模块进行了测试,此接口模块工作正常,具有较高的工程应用价值。If the programmable desktop instrument universal interface module is developed,as long as the instrument function module is replaced,each kind of programmable desktop instrument can be developed quickly.At present,LXI and GPIB are common interfaces,which have their own advantages.In view of this,the programmable desktop instrument universal interface module with LXI and GPIB is develop by embedded system,and its overall design scheme is introduced.The Web interface of LXI bus is realized by transplanting boa server,and the development method of GPIB driver under Linux is given,in which the design idea of top and half part is put forward in interrupt service,the bottom half of non-atomic queue is introduced,and the running efficiency of driver is improved.Combined with instrument function module,the interface module works normally and has good engineering value.
