基于成本加成定价法的科技查新服务定价研究

摘　　要：目前科技查新服务定价存在收费尚无统一标准和定价因素考虑不周全两方面问题。依据影响因素分析、定价依据阐述、定价方法选择、定价公式提出定价步骤。对影响科技查新价格的查新委托项目、查新机构和查新委托人的三方面主要因素进行了分析,依据科技查新行业处于完全竞争市场状态,并且是市场常态的判断,从科技查新服务的成本角度出发,提出差异化的成本加成定价法。这一动态变更的定价体系,可以根据项目查新难度和工作人员付出劳动量的变化及时修订价格,既能保障查新委托人的利益不受损,又能保证查新机构服务的成本回收。The paper finds that there is no unified standard for the existing charges of technology novelty search service and the pricing factors are not fully considered.A pricing process is proposed based on the analysis of influencing factors,the explanation of pricing theory,the choice of pricing methods,and the pricing formula.This paper first analyzes the three main factors affecting the price of sci-tech novelty retrieval services,novelty retrieval institutions and novelty retrieval clients.According to the differentiation of novelty search scope,novelty search type,and novelty client type,this research proposes a technology novelty search pricing formula based on the cost-plus pricing method.This dynamic pricing system can adjust the price according to the difficulty and workload of the service.As such,the interests of the clients and the profits of the institute are secured.
