摘　　要：目的比较不同年龄段患者长RR间期的病因及动态心电图特征。方法选取2015年7月至2020年5月福建省立金山医院动态心电图中RR间期>2 s患者1260例,分为<30岁组、30~<50岁组、50~<70岁组、≥70岁组,比较分析4组患者长RR间期形成的病因、动态心电图特点及治疗方法的差异。结果<30岁组二度Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞、最快心率高于另3组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。50~<70岁组二度Ⅱ型窦房传导阻滞、心房颤动伴长RR间期,长RR间期发生在白天为主,安装起搏器高于另3组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。≥70岁组二度Ⅱ型/三度房室传导阻滞,心率<40次/min持续>1 min高于另3组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段患者长RR间期的病因、心电图特征及治疗方法有所差异。Objective To compare the etiology and dynamic ECG features of long RR interval in different age group patients.Methods A total of 1 260 patients with RR interval>2 s on dynamic ECG were enrolled from Fujian Provincial Jinshan Hospital from July 2015 to May 2020 and were divided into <30 years group,30-<50 years group,50-<70 years group and≥70 years group.The etiology of long RR interval,dynamic ECG features and treatment strategy were analyzed and compared in 4 groups.Results The incidence of second degree type I atrioventricular block and the maximum heart rate were significantly higher in <30 years group than in the other three groups(all P<0.05).The incidence of second degree type Ⅱ sinoatrial block,atrial fibrillation with long RR interval that occurred mainly during daytime and implantation of pacemakers were signifcantly higher in 50-<70 years group than in the other three groups(all P<0.05).The incidence of second degree type Ⅱ or third degree atrioventricular block and heart rate <40 beats per minute lasting for more than a minute were signifcantly higher in≥70 years group than in the other three groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion There are some differences in terms of etiology,electrocardiographic feature and treatment method of long RR interval in diffe rent age group patients.
