摘　　要：中国共产党早期组织精英率领人民取得新民主主义革命和社会主义革命胜利。在两大革命任务先后进行的过程中,以毛泽东、周恩来等为代表的老一辈革命家形成了丰富的档案管理思想,这些宝贵的思想为新中国档案科学管理提供思想来源,为革命历史档案较为完整留存提供思想保证,为社会主义档案事业建设奠定重要思想基础,为国家档案观念提升提供了思想动力。In the early days of the Communist Party of China,the elite led the people to win the new democratic revolution and the socialist revolution.In the course of the two revolutionary tasks,the older generation of revolutionaries,represented by Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai,formed rich archives management thoughts.These valuable thoughts provided ideological sources for the scientific management of archives in New China,provided ideological guarantee for the more complete preservation of revolutionary historical archives,and laid an important ideological foundation for the construction of socialist archives,It provides ideological power for the promotion of the concept of national archives.
