摘　　要：通过业务流程生命周期和文档生命周期(下称“双周期”)交互的全程视角探究业务流程管理和文档管理交互关系的本质。首先从业务流程管理和文档管理两方面分析企业文档管理的现状并提出“双周期”交互的理念,明确“双周期”概念并阐述“双周期”交互的内涵。再次探讨“双周期”交互的实质,并从业务数据和文档信息的层面将“双周期”的交互关系具象化。最后提出相应的文档管理方法,以期为企业“文档—业务”交融管理提供借鉴。This paper explores the nature of the interaction between business process management and document management from the perspective of the whole interaction between business process lifecycle and document lifecycle(hereinafter referred to as'double cycle').Firstly,the paper analyzes the present situation of enterprise document management from two aspects of business process management and document management and puts forward the concept of'double cycle'interaction,clarifies the concept of double cycle and elaborates the connotation of'double cycle'interaction.Secondly,The essence of the'Double cycle'interaction is discussed and the'double cycle'interaction relationship is embodied from the level of business data and document information.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding document management method,in order to provide reference for the'document-business'integration management of enterprises.
