摘 要:以水稻为材料,研究内生菌侵染对镉和盐单一及复合胁迫下水稻幼苗生长生理的影响。用浓度为50μmol/L CdCl_(2)溶液和100 mmol/L NaCl溶液对内生菌侵染(Endophyte infected,E+)与内生菌未侵染(Endophyte non-infected,E-)的水稻种子进行单一与复合胁迫处理。与内生菌未侵染的相比,内生菌侵染的水稻幼苗的株高、根长、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量均提高,抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性增强,MDA和脯氨酸含量均下降。内生菌侵染可以缓解镉和盐单一及复合胁迫下水稻幼苗生长的不利影响,帮助水稻幼苗抵抗逆境。With rice seedlings as tested materials,the effects of endophytes on the growth and physiological characteristics of rice seedlings were studied under single and combined stresses of cadmium and salt.50μmol/L CdCl_(2)solution and 100 mmol/L NaCl solution were used to treat infected with(E+)and non-infected with(E-)rice seedlings as single and combined stress.Compared with E-,E+increased their plant height,root length,the content of chlorophyll,soluble protein and soluble sugar,enhanced antioxidant enzymes SOD,POD and CAT activity,decreased MDA and proline content.Endophyte infection could alleviate the adverse effects of cadmium and/or salt on the growth of rice seedlings,and help rice seedlings resist adversity.
