摘 要:为了降低祁连圆柏采种林树高和提高产种能力,于2015年,在祁连山东段北麓天祝藏族自治县石门镇小石门沟对20年生祁连圆柏人工采种林进行皆伐更新,探讨不同采伐季节和伐桩高度组合对伐桩萌生植株的再生能力、树高、冠幅、产种量和种子质量的影响。结果表明:祁连圆柏采伐更新后,伐桩易萌生枝条形成新的植株,植株树高降低,结果株率和单枝结果能力提高,生产的种子千粒重、发芽率和播种后幼苗生长量均高于对照(天然植株)。不同采伐季节和伐桩高度正交组合中,春季采伐+伐桩高度50 cm的综合效果最佳,5年生伐桩再生植株结果株率、单枝产果量、千粒重、发芽率、幼苗高、针叶数分别为88.30%、2.78 kg、121.56 g、60.30%、11.29 cm、9.80个·株^(-1),分别比对照提高了128.05%、73.75%、28.61%、70.48%、54.45%、34.43%;株高仅1.38 m,较对照降低81.07%。研究结果可在祁连圆柏采种林矮化培育中推广应用。In order to decrease height and increase seed production capacity of Sabina przewalskii Kom nurse-crop,20 years Sabina przewalskii Kom nurse-crop was cut to nurture new plant in small shimen ditch,shimen town,Tianzhu Tibetan autonomous county,northern foot of the eastern section of the Qilian Mountain,2015,the effects of different cutting seasons and stub height combination on regenerative capacity,tree height,crown size,seed yield,and seed quality of regeneration plants were investigated.The result showed that the stubs sprouted branches easily to form new plants,the height of regeneration plant was decreased,the fruit plant rate and single branch fruit ability were increased,the thousand seeds weight,seed germination percentage and seedling growth of 5years regeneration plant were higher than CK(natural plants).The comprehensive effect of A 1B 3(cut in spring+stub height 50 cm)was best in different orthogonal combination of cutting seasons and stub height,the fruit plant rate,single branch fruit production,thousand seeds weight,germination percentage,height and needle number of seedling were 88.30%,2.78 kg,121.56 g,60.30%,11.29 cm and 9.80·plant^(-1) separately,which were increased 128.05%,73.75%,28.61%,70.48%,54.45%and 34.43%,the plant height was 1.38 m,which was decreased 81.07%compare to CK,the treatment should be use in dwarf cultivation of nurse-crop of Sabina przewalskii Kom.
