摘  要:2019—2020年,在福建省漳州市农科所试验基地,以3种常见食用菌菌糠(双孢蘑菇菌糠、秀珍菇菌糠、毛木耳菌糠)与田园土不同比例混合为栽培基质,并与传统育苗基质进行对比,开展桃金娘容器育苗基质试验。结果表明:不同基质移栽的桃金娘容器小苗生长差异极显著,并筛选出最佳移栽基质配方为秀珍菇菌糠∶田园土=1∶3,桃金娘成活率100%,平均株高达39.8 cm,根系发达,平均根鲜重3 g以上,生物量累积最多。Using the mixed matrix of three common mushroom brans and different proportion of garden soil as cultivation substrate,which was compared with traditional substrate,the study on container seedling cultivation substrate of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa was carried out.The result showed that different substrate formula had anextremely significant effect on the growth of transplanting seedlings.It also showed that the optimum formula was the mixed substrate including 1part of Pleurotus geesteranus and 3 parts of garden soil,with 100%survival rate,39.8 cm average height,developed root system,>3 g root fresh weight,and the maximum biomass accumulation.
