摘　　要：阻焊前处理的选择以及不同介电常数油墨的选择,是影响通信类印制电路板信号完整性的一个比较重要的因素。文章研究了三种不同的阻焊前处理对电路板外层损耗的影响,并且比较了六款不同的介电常数的阻焊油墨对电路板外层电性能的影响。最后,分析了不同前处理以及不同介电常数油墨对电路板外层损耗的影响机理。The selection of solder mask pretreatment and the selection of inks with different dielectric constants are a relatively important factor that affects the signal integrity of communication PCB.This article studies the effects of three different solder mask pretreatments on the outer layer loss of the circuit board,and compares the effects of six different solder mask inks with different dielectric constants on the electrical properties of the outer layer of the circuit board.Finally,the influence mechanism of different pretreatments and different dielectric constant inks on the outer layer loss of the circuit board is analyzed.
