摘  要:通过14种施肥比例对柴胡氮、磷、钾施肥量及合理配比进行研究,探索适宜柴胡的施肥配比。本文采用田间随机区组试验方法,以1、2年生柴胡为材料,测定柴胡产量并用高效液相法测定柴胡有效成分含量。结果表明,不同肥料对1年生柴胡产量的影响显著,增施氮肥,1年生柴胡产量提高了6.00%~52.71%;增施磷肥,1年生柴胡产量提高了1.59%~36.42%;从2年生柴胡单位面积有效成分积累量来看,当N375时积累量最高,为19.61 kg/hm^(2);当P90时积累量最高,为22.30kg/hm^(2);当K180时积累量最高,为20.24 kg/hm^(2)。所以,本试验地块1年生柴胡施肥配比为N375:P270:K180、2年生柴胡施肥配比为N375:P90:K180时柴胡的产量和质量最好。To explore the application of appropriate NPK Ratios in Bupleurum,the field randomized block fertilizer experiment,including14 different NPK Ratios,was carried out for a better yield and quality in annual and biennial Bupleurum,and the HPLC was applied to test the active components of Bupleurum.The results showed that the yield of annual Bupleurum was significantly affected by different fertilization,and the yield of annual Bupleurum was increased ranged from 6.00%to 52.71% by the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application,and increased ranged from 1.59%to 36.42% by the increase of phosphate fertilizer application.The maximum accumulation of active components was respectively 19.61 kg/hm^(2) at N375,22.30 kg/hm^(2) at P90,and 20.24 kg/hm^(2) at K180 in biannual Bupleurum.Therefore,the optimal fertilization ratio is N375:P270:K180 and N375:P90:K180 for a better yield and quality in annual and biennial Bupleurum,respectivelly.
