摘 要:本文研究不同果色五味子藤茎的化学成分含量以及种质资源之间的差异性,为五味子优良品种选育及产业化发展提供理论参考。采用常规法和高效液相色谱法对不同果色五味子藤茎的化学成分进行含量测定,利用主成分分析法(PCA)和聚类分析法(HCA),对其进行分析和比较。结果表明,不同果色五味子藤茎的化学成分含量存在明显差异,其中木脂素和多糖类成分的变异系数较大,其变异系数分别为61.65%和34.86%;HCA和PCA能够成功地用于不同果色五味子藤茎样品的鉴别。上述评价方法操作简便,可为五味子藤茎的质量控制提供参考,同时为五味子的种质资源收集和品种选育提供理论参考。The contents of the chemical compositions and the difference of germplasm resources from the dried stems of Schisandra chinensis with different fruit colours were studied,which could provide a basis for breeding and high yield cultivation of S.chinensis.The contents of chemical composition from S.chinensis stems were determined by a conventional and high performance liquid chromatography method.The principal component analysis(PCA)and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)were used to analyze and classify the samples.The results showed that the contents of chemical compositions of S.chinensis stems with different fruit colours were significantly different and the variation coefficient of lignans and polysaccharides from S.chinensis stems were 61.65%and 34.86%,respectively.HCA and PCA could be successfully used to identify stem samples of S.chinensis with different fruit colours.This method was easy to operate and could provide a reference for the quality control of the stems of S.chinensis,and provided a theoretical reference for the collection and breeding of S.chinensis germplasm resources.
