摘　　要：本文通过实地调研、问卷调查和查阅资料等方式对江西省全省11个地市的梅花鹿养殖企业、养殖专业合作社和家庭农场等进行调查,对梅花鹿的养殖规模、鹿产品形式、经济效益和扶贫带动等情况进行了分析。结果表明,江西省多山林的自然条件适宜梅花鹿的养殖,目前全省梅花鹿养殖近1万只,同时指出了江西省梅花鹿养殖产业存在的问题,并提出了相应的发展建议,可为全省梅花鹿产业链的整体发展和政策制定提供参考。The sika deer breeding enterprises,breeding cooperatives,family farms and self-employed individuals in 11 cities of Jiangxi province were surveyed through the field investigation,questionnaire survey and data retrieval,and then the breeding scale,product forms,economic benefits,and poverty alleviation were analysed.The results showed that the abundant mountainous forests in Jiangxi Province are suitable for the sika deer breeding,and the breeding scale of the sika deer breeding in the whole province has approached 10,000.Furthermore,this manuscript pointed out the problems in the sika deer breeding industry in Jiangxi Province,and put forward corresponding development suggestions to provide references for the overall development and policy formulation of the sika deer industry.
