摘 要:铁路救援列车通过高速铁路桥梁前须对桥梁承载能力进行检算。针对编组NS1600型起重机的救援列车通行常用跨度简支梁进行了整跨竖向受力、横向受力及连续刚构竖向受力检算,对比分析了静荷载效应、考虑偏载系数的动荷载效应以及降速措施效果。结果表明:救援列车通行16~90 m跨度单线梁限速5 km/h时其荷载效应均超过设计活载,若通行需进一步检算;救援列车通行(18+24+16)m单线钢筋混凝土连续刚构时,中跨近支承处最为不利,应进一步分析计算该范围应力和裂缝;救援列车单独通行双线梁时,竖向活载系数小于1,横框荷载效应超过设计活载1%,保守考虑宜限速60 km/h;NS1600救援列车与CRH3列车同时通行双线梁,救援列车限速60 km/h时12~40 m跨度范围内竖向活载系数小于1,横框荷载效应超过设计活载1%,救援列车应限速60 km/h。Before the railway rescue train passes through the high speed railway bridge,the bearing capacity of the bridge shall be checked and calculated.For the commonly used simply supported girder bridge loaded with the rescue train of marshalling NS1600 crane,the vertical and transverse force analysis of the whole span and the vertical force analysis of the continuous rigid frame were checked and calculated.The static load effect,the dynamic load effect considering the eccentric load coefficient and the effect of speed reduction measures were compared and analyzed.The result shows that when NS1600 rescue train passes through the single track beam within 16~90 m with the speed 5 km/h,the design live load effect is still exceeded,which requires further check.When NS1600 rescue train passes through(18+24+16)m single track concrete continuous rigid frame,the position near the support of the midspan is the most unfavorable,and the stress and cracks in this range shall be further analyzed and calculated.When NS1600 rescue train passes through the double track girder alone,the vertical live load coffiencet is less than 1,and the transom load effect exceeds the design live load by 1%.It is conservatively considered that the speed limit probably might be 60 km/h;When NS1600 rescue train and CRH3 train pass through the double track girder at the same time,when the speed limit is 60 km/h the vertical live load coffiencet is less than 1 for the 12~40 m span,and the transom load effect exceeds the design live load by 1%,the speed limit shall be 60 km/h.
