摘  要:针对东山隧道存在的巨型溶洞体量大、突水突泥风险高、整体稳定性较差且对衬砌危害大等问题,通过方案比选、数值模拟以及工程实践,提出巨型溶洞综合处治技术。采用设置前瞻性泄水洞、综合超前地质预报、注浆堵水、分区段防排水、溶洞段隧顶截排水沟+边墙底及拱腰截排水管+隧底过水涵洞的综合立体排水系统,确保了衬砌结构免受岩溶水危害。确定了桩板明洞跨越溶洞的结构形式,并加强支护。实践表明,这一系列技术措施确保了施工安全,降低了施工成本,并形成隧道岩溶水灾害防治以及巨型溶洞综合处治成套技术,可为类似工程提供借鉴。Aiming at the problems of large volume karst cave,high risk of water and mud inrush,poor overall stability and great harm to the lining of Dongshan tunnel,the comprehensive treatment technology of giant karst cave was put forward through scheme comparison,numerical simulation and engineering practice.The setting of forward-looking discharge tunnel,comprehensive advance geological prediction,grouting for water-sealing,sectional waterproof and drainage and the comprehensive three-dimensional drainage system of tunnel top interception and drainage ditch+side wall bottom and arch waist interception and drainage pipe+tunnel bottom overflow culvert in karst tunnel section were adopted to ensure that the lining structure is free from karst water hazards.The structural type of pile slab open cut tunnel crossing karst cave was determined,and the support was strengthened.The practice shows that this series of technical measures ensure the construction safety,reduce the construction cost,and form a complete set of technologies for tunnel karst water disaster prevention and comprehensive treatment technology of giant karst caves,which can provide reference for similar projects.
