预制装配式混凝土衬砌台车设计与应用

摘　　要：结合高速铁路隧道预制装配式混凝土衬砌施工,全面总结了现浇明洞台车、预制装配式衬砌台车设计经验及应用成果。通过对装配式衬砌台车结构安全性及功能性设计,总结了一套装配式衬砌台车设计的方法。对于现浇明洞台车,主要对其反力外模框架、外模系统、内框架、撑杆系统进行设计;对于预制拼装衬砌台车,根据装配式衬砌分块、现场安装条件、管片安装顺序等要求对台车设计方案进行比选,重点对可调式台车内框架、管片顶紧台架、拼装台架、矫正台架进行专项设计。现场应用表明,台车各构件满足强度、刚度及稳定性的要求。Combined with the construction of prefabricated concrete lining of high speed railway,the design experience and application results of cast-in-situ open cut tunnel trolley and prefabricated tunnel trolley were comprehensively summarized.The design method of a set of prefabricated lining trolley was summarized through the structural safety and functional design of the prefabricated lining trolley.For the cast-in-situ open cut tunnel trolley,its reaction external formwork frame,external formwork system,internal frame and strut system are mainly designed.For the prefabricated lining trolley,the trolley design schemes shall be compared and selected according to the requirements of prefabricated lining blocks,on-site installation conditions and segment installation sequence,focusing on the special design of the adjustable trolley inner frame,segment jacking bench,assembly bench and correction bench.The field application of the designed trolley shows that all components of the trolley meet the requirements of strength,stiffness and stability.
