米索前列醇联合自制水囊行中期妊娠引产的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察米索前列醇联合水囊对中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法:选择中期妊娠引产的孕妇62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组放置水囊8h后开始口服米索前列醇400μg,如无进展每6h重复服用,直至有规律宫缩,对照组单纯性行水囊法,比较两组引产成功率、总产程、出血量、产道损伤的发生率及住院时间。结果:观察组引产成功率(100.0%)明显高于对照组(93.5%),观察组总产程时间(19.65±4.65)h明显短于对照组的(25.96±8.81)h,产后出血量(224.19±48.97)mL明显少于对照组的(263.23±55.64)mL,平均住院时间(3.94±0.44)d明显短于对照组的(4.23±0.56)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合水囊应用于中期妊娠引产,临床疗效明显提高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol combined with water sac on induction in middle pregnancy.Methods:62 pregnant women with induction in middle pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group began to take misoprostol 400μg orally 8 hours after placement of the water sac,if there was no progress,the observation group took misoprostol repeatedly every 6 hours until there were regular uterine contraction,the control group was treated with water sac only,and the success rate of induction,total stage of labor,blood loss,incidence of birth canal injury and length of stay were compared.Results:The success rate of induction in the observation group(100.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.5%),the total stage of labor in the observation group(19.65±4.65)h was significantly shorter than that in the control group(25.96±8.81)h,the postpartum blood loss in the observation group(224.19±48.97)mL was significantly less than that in the control group(263.23±55.64)mL,and the average length of stay in the observation group(3.94±0.44)d was significantly shortly than that in the control group(4.23±0.56)d,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of misoprostol combined with water sac on induction in middle pregnancy has been remarkable enhancement.
