新型α-萘乙酸酯类化合物的合成以及生物活性

摘  要:为了开发新型的植物生长调节剂,采用活性拼接法,并通过取代反应和酯化反应合成了一种新型的α-萘乙酸酯类化合物,其化学结构通过1H NMR、13 C NMR及元素分析进行表征。室内生根发芽实验表明该化合物在相同浓度条件下均优于DA-6、6-BA,和萘乙酸甲酯。其中,在浓度为20μg/mL发芽促进率最高,为36.9%,在浓度为30μg/mL时,其对于主根促进率和侧根促进率最高,分别为15.5%,47.4%。杀菌实验表明该化合物对苹果轮纹病菌,小麦纹枯病菌、番茄早疫病菌、马铃薯晚疫病菌、水稻纹枯病菌均具有一定的抑制作用。In order to find novel plant growth regulator compounds,a new 1-naphthaleneaceticacid ester was prepared withα-naphthylacetic acid and 6-chlorpurine as the starting materials via substitution and esterification reaction,with active group spling methord.The structure of the title compound was confirme by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.The experiments of indoor rooting and sprouting experiment showed that this compound has a better activity than DA-6,6-BA and 1-naphthaleneaceticacid methyl ester.With the concentration of 20μg/mL,the germination rate was the highest,which was 36.9%.When the concentration was 30μg/mL,the promotion rate of the main root and the promotion rate of the lateral root were the highest,15.5%and 47.4%respectively.The bactericidal experiment showed that the compound had a certain inhibitory effect on Physalospora piricola,Rhizotonia cerealis,Alternaria solani,Phytophthora infestans,Rhizoctonia solani.
