摘 要:工业钛液是硫酸法钛白粉生产过程中的一种富含钛的溶液,来源丰富,价格低廉,是合成含钛材料的重要原料之一。但其中含有大量的铁、硫化合物,在制备相关材料时一般需要分离。以固体碳酸铵为中和剂和铵源,以制备硫酸亚铁铵(莫尔盐)的形式将大部分铁从钛液中分离出去,使铁以莫尔盐的形式产出并被利用,同时通过二次中和,制备出具有高活性的正钛酸。结果表明,固体碳酸铵预中和的终点pH值为1时可以有效分离钛液中铁,并且经洗涤后可得到钛含量0.0993%以下的较纯的莫尔盐产品。正钛酸作为钛的最终产物,易溶于乙酰丙酮、过氧化氢等溶液中,反应活性高。Industrial titanyl sulphate solution is cheap and its source is abundant,which is usually used as the source materials for synthesizing the materials containing Ti.But a large amount of Fe and S exists in the solution,which must be separated for preparing the relative materials.So using ammonium carbonate as neutralizer and NH 4+source,most of Fe was separated from the solution through producing ferrous ammonium sulfate(mohr’s salt)which could be utilized economically.Furthermore the titanate with high activity was prepared through second neutralization.The results showed that Fe could be removed effectively from the solution when the end pH was 1 of neutralization with ammonium carbonate,and the higher purity Mohr’s salt was acquired with the content of Ti under 0.0993%when washed by the pure saturated mohr’s salt water solution。The titanate,as another product,was highly active for it could easily dissolve in some water solutions,such as diacetone,H 2O 2,etc.
